About the event
The Garden Wellness Studio is pleased to welcome Jaime of Ayana Spirit Medicine Sanctuary for The Sacred Descent, an intimate healing circle created to support release, reflection, and renewal as we move into the quieter season of Autumn.
Jaime will guide participants through a deeply nurturing experience incorporating guided breathwork, Reiki therapy, Sacred Resonance Healing, sound healing, and an energy-release ceremony - creating space to slow down, turn inward, and reconnect.
Energy Exchange: $88
Space is intentionally limited to only 12 participants.
